At Creation our team of personal trainers are passionate about educating and motivating their clients when helping them to reach their personal fitness and lifestyle goals. The team of coaches have all worked with a broad spectrum of individuals, ranging from the not-so-regular exerciser, through to elite level athletes.
'YOUR GYM'
Saturdays and Sundays 7:30am-1:30pm
£6 PER 60 MINUTE SESSION
As an existing or previous personal training client at Creation PT we invite you to use this new, open gym, non coached, 60 minute training session.
​
No waiting for equipment, or trying to work out in a busy gym environment. A maximum of 4 clients will be allowed on site for any 60 minute training slot.
You will be required to fill in a readiness to exercise questionnaire (Par Q) on your first visit.
